Scientists Delay Redefining Time
Scientists have decided to postpone the decision to redefine the world’s time scale, Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), and abolish leap seconds for at least 3 years.
It will be another 3 years before scientists decide to redefine time.
No consensus
Scientists who attended the World Radiocommunication Assembly in Geneva, Switzerland, could not agree on the future of leap seconds, so they will meet again in 2015 to decide on the matter.

The New Firefox Is Coming Tomorrow
The new version of Firefox, version 10, will go live tomorrow, according to Mozilla's meeting notes.
