MC2 Post 1440 How Many Games Can You Sell in 24 hrs XBOX???

Microsoft’s 'Halo 4' Sets New Record

$220 Mill-Yun dollars worth, Bibby.  In its First 24 hours...

Microsoft’s "Halo 4" sold $220 million worth of games

in the first 24 hours.

At $60 a pop, that’s 3.7 million copies in just one day.

That beats the record "Halo 3" set in 2007 of $170 million
in first-day sales.

However, "Halo 4" is about to faces a formidable rival: On Tuesday, Activision Blizzard  launched a massive rival game—

"Call of Duty: Black Ops II."

'Call of Duty: Black Ops 2' Looks to Take Out
'Halo 4' Sales Numbers

Its a Numbers Game Folks !!!

It's been reported that video game sales were down 25%
just before the holiday shopping season began.

The bad news there was that it happened even as highly anticipated games such as "Dishonored" and "Borderlands 2" were released.

However, neither of these games is quite the caliber of a
"Halo 4" or "Black Ops 2."

While "Halo" will be exclusively snatched up by Xbox 360 owners

the new "Call of Duty" will be purchased by both

Xbox 360 and PS3 owners,

giving it even more potential for huge numbers.
