MC2 Post 1699 Script Runner Add-on for Blender

There was a need to improve on the Python Script Editor in Blender 3D.  (the problem}

The solution:

Write a  replacement Plug-in that lets you use Notepad ++.

Problem Solved,  the Open Source Way.

 Script Runner is a new Blender add-on from Good Spirit Graphics. It allows you to run scripts both from a menu, and from a panel on a toolshelf without first loading them into Blender’s text editor. The scripts can be stored anywhere on your computer so they don’t have to be in Blender’s search paths. This makes it easier to use an external text editor like ‘Notepad++’ to write your scripts instead of using Blender’s limited internal text editor. Script Runner also stores up multiple scripts in your user-settings for scripts
that are used frequently.
