MC2 Post 1207 The Big Reveal--Windows 8 Consumer Preview Lands

I sadly tried installing  Windows 8 Consumer Preview (W8CP) after hearing Tom at Tech News Today (now at 3:00 pm pacific) kinda-sorta rave about it.

After a couple of hours dipsy-doodling with the install, I shut it down and turned on the Lakers.  They had a better game.

I looked around to see if others had a better time with the install and found  www.mobiletechreviews.com 

had a better time of it.
