What is A Moving Picture Worth?

How About A High-Speed Camera's Moving Picture?

Wired magazine, a favorite of mine for many years has a video picture gallery of Slow motion Action captured by High-Speed Cameras costing as much as $100,000 dollars.

Like the Hummingbird Pictured Above from an episode of Time Warp, a show whose premise is to make the ordinary Extraordinary with just one trick: Slowing things Down.

I've been running Ubuntu for about a Year Now. I even upgraded Ubuntu 8.10 to Ubuntu 9.4 when usually I do Clean Installs.

But I was pretty comfortable with the OS to give it a Try.

Because it "Saved" the settings I had on the previous Version the Upgrade took Almost 7 Hours.

Still not bad considering the Older Hardware I'm currently working with.

About The ZUNE PASS AD...

---------------------------------

I told you Years Ago how much it would cost you fill up your iPod with 30,000 songs.

Let's see: 30,000 times 1 buck is 30,000 bucks.

Since I'm now a iPod Touch Owner. I still think that's a lot of money. But with free Internet Radio Gadgets, especially Pandora (My Favorite), I don't need to carry 30,000 songs where ever I go, and I bet neither do you.

But that's your choice.

I prefer the thousands of gadgets that you can download for "FREE" and make the Computer-in-your-pocket (Not a Smart Phone!) do ANYTHING.

The AD is on YouTube (isn't everything???).

Why the BigBopper is

Better Than Bacon

===============================

Kevin Bacon is only "6 degrees of Separation" from Anyone Else on the Web.

Because of Social Networks like FaceBook, MySpace, Twitter, Flickr, Email and the rest,

I, The BigBopper (also known as Wingman) am only "3 degrees" of separation from MY Social Network.

In other words: I'm
Better than Bacon.

What a relief...

==============================================

Windows 7 Gets Its Official RC Release
Link: http://www.realtechnews.com/posts/6638

==============================================

As promised, on Thursday Microsoft released the Release Candidate build (7100) to MSDN and TechNet subscribers at http://technet.microsoft.com. The fact that it’s been available on P2P sites for about a week should in no way embarrass Microsoft. :-)

Just to be clear, unless you are downloading from the aforementioned P2P sites, the build is only available to MSDN and TechNet subscribers. If you already have a beta key, that key will work. If not, Microsoft has previously said “not to worry.”
